Designed by Your Brand in Print 

YBINP offers Free Basic Designs for all graphics, and up to two free revisions before fees occur. Please refer to the manual submissions category for assistance. YBINP will reference all emailed information to create the greatest design ever!

YBIP Creative Control

If you prefer to give us creative control (freestyle design) over your design, we will ONLY adjust MINOR REVISIONS after receiving proof. We will NOT change the Graphics or Layout of the design. To avoid receiving an undesired design, we suggest utilizing your vision and imagination for your brand!

Manual Submissions (submitted by you to us)

Please include the following in an email to: ybinprint@gmail.com

• Colors
• Font Style
• Graphics/images
• Logo (PNG preferred)
• Business content: Name/Business name, Phone number, E-Mail, Website, social media, and other pertinent information. 
• Any extras needed for the perfect design

How to Place an Order with Multiple Images 

After you have purchased your order, we ask that you send an email to ybinprint@gmail.com, with your FIRST and LAST Name or ORDER NUMBER in the Subject Box. Please make sure that the email includes:

• Any EXTRA pictures/logos you may want to use
• Any wording is typed out the exact way you want it to read on your product
• All colors you would like to use
• If you have an example of what you want your design to look like, please send over a *detailed explanation* of what changes you would like to be made
• Each design comes with TWO FREE MINOR REVISIONS (i.e., picture swap, or addition). Revisions such as grammatical/spelling errors and font/color changes are BASIC REVISIONS. When you send over details for the design, please be as thorough as possible, with colors, font, specific pictures, and placement.

Digital Submissions (uploaded by you)

Please use our step-by-step graphic uploader tool to upload your own graphics to our website.

Any information NOT submitted, will NOT be included in the proof!

Please Note: If you choose to create & upload your own design, please make sure it is a jpeg file 300 DPI with a quarter inch bleed on every edge.

What is accepted?

• Jpeg File (with 300 DPI & quarter inch bleed)
• Logo's PNG (transparent background)

We DO NOT edit pictures or make MAJOR REVISIONS for free. There is an additional $10 invoiced per revision, and modification will NOT be fulfilled until the invoice is paid in full. We will accept jpegs however we prefer PNG files for Logo's.

What's NOT accepted?

• Picture of a design (screenshot, mobile created logo's)
• Blurry & pixelated graphics

Revision Break Down

Basic Design: Photos (1-2), logo, website, social media, solid background, and contact info

Necessary Revisions: Photo Swap (1-2) or Additional Photos

Minor Revisions: *Spelling/Grammatical Error, Font/Color Change

Major Revisions$$: Layout/Design Change, Editing/Photoshopping Photos

If you have an example of the type of design you are looking for, please attach it to an email. Be incredibly detailed with your design, you only receive two changes for your design.

What to Expect After an Order is Placed?

Your proof of the design will be delivered via the email provided at the time of ordering or invoicing within 72 Business Hours if ordered before 3 p.m. CST (if your order is placed after 3 p.m. CST, it will be forwarded to the next business day). When you receive your proof, please check for GRAMMAR, SPELLING, COLOR MATCHES, and OVERALL DESIGN. Once the FINAL PROOF has been approved, we are no longer responsible for any mistakes, and any adjustments made after the FINAL PROOF will result in additional charge via invoice. There will be NO REFUNDS given for orders produced with unsighted errors. Please Note: Not proofing your design thoroughly may also delay your order if changes are made AFTER the FINAL PROOF.

Communication during the design and proofing process

After placing your order, check the email (spam) at the time of ordering within 72 Business Hours for your proof. If there are any revisions to be made, respond to the email quickly to ensure the production time is not delayed. We are NOT responsible for a deadline missed due to the act of a prolonged email/communication from the client. There will also be NO REFUNDS given for elongated contact, resulting in a delayed order. Please respond to ALL communication from YBIP in a timely fashion to prevent delays.

Order Que Process: Pass vs. Fail

• If an order is placed on 01.02.2021, before 3 p.m., the proof will arrive via email 01.07.2021. If the proof PASSES, then the order will be fulfilled in 7-10 Business Days (excluding holidays) and processed with STANDARD SHIPPING (unless an alternate shipping option is used).
• If an order is placed on 01.02.2021, before 3 p.m., the proof will arrive via email 01.07.2021. If the proof FAILS, then the order will be fulfilled in 7-10 Business Days (excluding holidays). AFTER the proof is corrected and results in a PASS, it will then be processed with STANDARD SHIPPING (unless an alternate shipping option is used).
• If an order is placed on 01.02.2021, after 3 p.m. the proof will arrive via email 01.08.2021, IF the proof PASSES, then the order will be fulfilled in 7-10 Business Days (excluding holidays) *and will be processed with STANDARD SHIPPING (unless an alternate option is used)
• If an order is placed on 01.02.2021, after 3 p.m., the proof will arrive via email 01.08.2021. If the proof FAILS, then the order will be fulfilled in 7-10 Business Days (excluding holidays) AFTER the proof is corrected and results in a PASS and processed with STANDARD SHIPPING (unless an alternate shipping option is used). 

Hashtag Quality

$20 Hashtags: Our $20 hashtags are made from chloroplast, a lower quality product. They will NOT have the same durability, finish, or photo effect as our PVC hashtags. Their edges may also be too jagged. They are great for birthday parties, weddings, and starter marketing.

Providing your products

All customers can provide their merchandise (shirts, water/Gatorade bottles, chips, candy, etc.). Customers are responsible for getting their items to YBIP for processing, order fulfillment, and printing. If the deadline is missed due to an delivery issues, YBIP will NOT be held responsible for the missed deadline. The client MUST ensure that all items are delivered on time to guarantee the expected delivery date. Suppose the order is expected to be delivered by noon on Monday, finished by noon on Friday, and the client delivers the items on Wednesdays. In that case, we now have until the next business day, which is that following Tuesday, to fulfill, unless a rush fee is paid.
